Forgive my blogging hiatus. This month has been a blur and I promise to blog about the reason in the next week or so. Until then, I'll share one of my favorite new ways to get our recently decided picky eater to consume his veggies...the Green Smoothie.
A couple weeks ago I heard about this simple drink on a fellow blogger's site and decided I would make it for Rylin. Here's the recipe:
handful of frozen fruit (I used mangoes and strawberries)
1 cup water or juice
1 banana
fill blender to top with fresh baby spinach and blend away!
